Property Rules & Cancellation

  • A photo ID card is necessary during check-in for individuals.
  • Timings – Check in 12:00 PM and Check out 11:00 AM; and check-ins before or after this time will incur additional charges.
  • The Reservation shall be confirmed only after the payment of one day rent in advances is made at the time of booking.
  • Additional person will be charged extra.
  • Driver accommodation available on payment basis.
  • Any damages incurred during the stay, including stained or burned bed sheets, towels, pillows, etc., will be charged accordingly.
  • Loss of Room key will be charged.
  • Cancellation Rules for Room booking: 
  • 90% of advance will be refunded if cancelled before 7 days of check-in time.
  • Only 50% of the booking amount will be refunded if cancelled before 24 hrs of check in time.
  • Booking will be confirmed only upon payment of 1 days rent.
